Pole Fitness is an exciting new exercise discipline. One of the UK's fastest growing fitness activities, Pole Fitness is a skill enjoyed by people looking for a fun, dynamic and effective way of exercising.
Polepeople's pole instructor 2 day course has been developed
in association with Premier Training International, the UK's leading health and fitness training provider: Premier Training International. Candidates who pass the 2 day course are awarded 14 REPs points. The course maps to Units D410, D411 and D417 of the National Occupational Standards.
Pole Fitness is a unique skill with its own challenges. Correct technique is essential so that students can get the most out of their training, in a safe and effective way.
The Polepeople Instructor courses look at the specifics of Pole Fitness, how pole works the body, the correct technique for teaching pole moves and how to warm up for and cool down for Pole Fitness training.
If you are a fitness professional, our courses will teach you the best techniques of pole exercise so that you can teach and communicate Pole Fitness to the highest of standards.

The Polepeople 'Pole Fitness' instructor course, is a 2 day intensive course designed to equip exercise and fitness professionals with the knowledge and skill to use basic pole fitness with clients.
During the course you will:
* improve knowledge of background, history and reasons for pole fitness
* understand the exercise benefits of pole fitness
* master basic pole fitness techniques and teaching points
* master over 15 pole fitness spins and poses
* learn how to warm up for and cool down from pole fitness
* understand the health and safety considerations involved in the teaching of pole fitness
* understand and be able to practice group teaching techniques
* learn and compile individual moves into basic routines
Participants for the course need to have existing fitness qualifications to at least Level 2, for example Exercise to Music Level 2 or Level 2 Gym Instruction. The course awards 14 REPs points to participants who pass successfully. Passing is subject to a practical assessment involving move demonstration and teaching.
This piece of endorsed training maps to Units D410, D411 and D417 of the National Occupational Standards.
