Polepeople pole dancing classes, courses, lessons and hen parties for fun and fitness in London

Pole Fitness is an exciting new exercise discipline. One of the UK's fastest growing fitness activities, Pole Fitness is a skill enjoyed by people looking for a fun, dynamic and effective way of exercising.

Polepeople Instructor courses are for dance and fitness professionals who want to learn the most successful methods for teaching pole dancing as fun fitness. Polepeople courses will teach you the best techniques of pole exercise so that you can teach and communicate Pole Fitness to the highest of standards.

All our pole dancing instructor training courses are 2 full days over a weekend and award 16 REPs points. We currently have 2 Levels:

Our Instructor courses look at the specifics of Pole Fitness, how pole works the body, the best techniques for teaching pole moves, how to warm up for and cool down for Pole Fitness training and essential health and safety. Click above for more detail about what is covered in Level 1 and Level 2.

Polepeople's pole instructor courses have been developed

in association with Premier Training International, the UK's leading health and fitness training provider: Premier Training International.

Fitness candidates who pass the 2 day courses are awarded 16 REPs points. Dance teachers are also welcome to join this course, however, if you are not a member of the Register of Fitness Professionals, you will not be awarded the REPs points.

The courses map to Units D414, D415, D416, D417and C35 of the National Occupational Standards.
