UPPER INTERMEDIATE to ADVANCED: 6.30 - 8.30pm
Alesia Vazmitsel became one of the worlds most famous pole dancers after winning Miss Pole Dance UK 2008 and coming third in the World Championships in April 2009.
Having started ballet at the age of four, Alesia went on to train at circus school before joining the National Circus of Belarus as an aerial gymnast and dancer. She is a spectacular pole dancer!
In each of these workshops Alesia will be sharing her special tips on how to perform and perfect some spectacular pole tricks as well as special exercises for developing strength and flexibility for the pole.
There are 6 X 4.2m high poles at Sadler's Wells which are the highest pole fitness training poles in London. There will be a maximum of 12 people in the workshop. The workshop is £50 per person which is payable in advance.

Unleash your inner godess with Gwen – pamper yourself ala Lamour!
Gwendoline Lamour is arguably the most elegant and refined Burlesque performer working today! Always elegant, playful and witty, her shows are exquisitely choreographed and perfectly executed, and a ravishing treat for your senses!
In this workshop Gwendoline will be sharing her secrets and taking you on a unique journey of self discovery and celebration. As a qualified teacher (PGCE) with a Masters Degree in Performance, Gwendoline is a superb communicator whose workshops are fun, informative and will leave you brimming with confidence and energy!
'Unleashing Your Inner Goddess!' is open for anyone wishing to learn more about Burlesque, whether you are a seasoned professional wishing to refine your skills or someone looking for a wonderful Saturday afternoon experience!

Putting it all together!
You will need warm up/studio work gear [shorts and top are great], gloves, hold up stockings, a simple garment to remove [ for example, a silky robe, peignoir, dressing gown or simple dress] high heel slip on shoes and water!
There will be a maximum of 16 people on this workshop. The cost is £50 per person which is payable in advance. Oh and there will be no compulsory nudity!
