One of the reasons pole is so fantastic for fitness is because it tones and strengthens your body using your own body weight. You get lean and gorgeous without bulking up. This acro workshop uses similar principles. Develop your strength and flexibility by practicing partner balancing, handstands, cartwheels, backflips, dropbacks and kickovers. This dynamic class is the ultimate foundation for preparing your body for impressive pole moves.

Indulge yourself in a whole day of Pin-Up Burlesque! We will work on two pin-up routines using parasols and powder puffs as we develop our character work, style and poise, stagecraft and confidence.
