During the course you will:
* master intermediate pole fitness techniques and teaching points
* master over 15 intermediate pole fitness spins and poses
* learn how to warm up for and cool down from intermediate Pole Fitness
* understand the health and safety considerations involved in the teaching of intermediate Pole Fitness
* learn how to progress and adapt Pole Fitness moves for differeing levels of students
* understand and be able to practice group safe and fun teaching techniques
* learn and compile individual moves into intermediate routines

THE MOVES
The Two Step, One Handed Level 1 spins, Spin off the floor, Horizontal Twist, Scissor Kick, Outside Sunwheel, Body Spin variations, Forward Hang, Sitting Eagle, Outside Sunwheel combination, Spinning Eagle, Corkscrew Leg Kick, Caterpillar, Hangback.
THE ASSESSMENT
The practical assessment is 20 minutes and is split into two parts:
* Part 1
In part one you'll be asked to demonstrate 6 pole moves which will be randomly selected by the assessors.
* Part 2
In part two you'll be asked to teach two pole moves to a small group of students. You will be able to prepare in advance for this part of the assessment. You will then be required to teach students a short routine using the 2 moves taught with 3 linking moves.
* Written Component
Submission of lesson plan for a 6 week pole course.
A guided self evaluation of your assessment.
PREPARATION
As the moves covered on this course are harder than those covered on Level 1, we strongly recommend that you are able to perform them to a good level before you come on the course. All the moves can be found on Volumes 1 and 2 of our DVD's - see Polepeople Pole Dancing DVDs
THE COST
The Polepeople Pole Fitness Level 2 Instructor Course costs £290.

A £100 deposit is required to reserve your place. The full balance is then due 2 weeks before your course starts. Payment can be taken by card over the phone or via BACS transfer. Please note that pregnant women are not advised to take this course.
